Eviction History: This is a statewide search of public records that returns data on Landlord/Tenant court filings and other posession matters, including cases that proceed to judgment and those that are concluded without a judgment being entered. Commercial Credit Report: Includes Company Owner Verification, Company Name and Address Verification, UCC Verification, Types of Credit, Lengths of Relationships, Payment History, High Credit & Balances, Public Records, Tax Liens, Judgments, Bankruptcy, Write Offs, Collections, and Credit Standing. Additionally it will provide a review of the company's Quarterly History, SIC (Standard Industry Classification code) and confirmation of the date the business was established. It includes Evictions that result in Money Judgments, but it does not include other Landlord-Tenant court filings.
